Leads & campaigns

Import contacts, organize campaigns, choose mailboxes, and review recorded sending activity.

Gmail & SMTP sending

Connect a Gmail account to send scheduled outreach and follow-ups on your behalf. New Gmail connections request send permission and account identity only — EOE does not read their inboxes.

Scheduled follow-ups

Set sequences and sending limits. Handle replies in Gmail, then stop follow-ups or suppress recipients manually in EOE.

How the Google / Gmail integration works

Connecting a Gmail account to Fortify Outreach Hub allows the application to send scheduled outreach emails and estimator follow-up messages on your behalf, using the send-only Google scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send together with basic identity scopes (openid and https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email) to identify the connected account.

Fortify Outreach Hub does NOT read inboxes, does NOT delete emails, and does NOT access or store your messages. The send permission is used solely to deliver the outreach sequences that you initiate in the application. Replies and bounce notifications are handled by you directly in Gmail, not detected automatically for send-only connections.

Sending tokens are stored encrypted and used only inside the application's server. You can revoke Fortify Outreach Hub's access at any time from your Google account permissions page, or stop follow-ups for selected leads from within the application.

Google account access

Connecting a sending mailbox is separate from signing in. Some older connections retain read permission and enabled reply/bounce polling; their status is identified in Email Accounts. New send-only connections cannot detect replies or later bounce notifications automatically.
